Given her eartag when we got her, she may be another ranch favorite. Not only does she have a sweet personality, she gives 7-8 gallons a day! Her milk is creamy and delicious! If you come to the ranch to help milk, 107 stands perfectly for you to learn how to put the milker on.

Molly is one of the ranch favorites. If you ask anyone, they will tell you Molly has some of the best milk. Molly Moo Cow is an absolute sweetheart and is one of the girls that you may meet when we have our petting zoo going. Molly is a Jersey and has an incredible cream line! Rose is an absolute sweetheart. She is a Jersey. Rose is always ready to be milked and will moo at you if you aren't at the gate first thing in the morning. Rose loves to stand at the first spot next to the barn to ensure she is the first to be milked.

If her name didn't give it away, Holstina is a Holstein. She is the first girl we purchased as a milk cow. Her milk is less creamy, but still creamier than the store. 'Tina' is mostly used to make cheese, and feed all the bottle calves. Last winter, she fed 9 calves! When we are just milking her and feeding bottle calves, she will produce up to 16 gallons a day! To date, Tina has fed over 70 bottle babies! Now thats a great accomplishment! Way to go momma!

Bitsy, Bitsy... This girl may be an itsy Bitsy pain in my rear, but we still love her. She is ALL business. Milk her and let her go back out. We love the all business girls - they are ready to be milked, and rarely cause trouble.  Her milk is creamy, delicious and has a great flavor. Although she won't admit it, she does love to sunbath with the babies on beautiful days.

The spotted Jersey. She is the class clown. I'm not sure if you will ever catch her walking to the milking parlor. Running, bucking and kicking like a child is more her speed. And if you milk late, she hates to be woke up to get into the milking parlor. What a goof.
