Atlas does NOT cure. If you would like curing, please let us know so we can schedule an appointment at 307 butcher in Laramie, WY.
We do NOT have specific dates for pork, but usually take a batch in each month. Please select the month you would like your pork taken in.
Pork typically hangs around 200-250 pounds on the hanging weight.
Please choose 1 deposit if you would like half and 2 if you would like a whole.
We also have some smaller ones that are perfect for roasting. Please let us know if you would like a roaster pig.
