We have both A2A2 girls and A1A2 girls. If you NEED A2A2 milk, please select the a2a2 milk. If you do not select A2A2, you will be given the next bag of milk in rotation. It may or may not be A2A2.

Here at Whitt’s End, we have a small dairy with 9 milking girls. We offer milk by the gallon or half gallon. Our is milk is raw – unpasteurized. We milk it, filter it and bag it. No skimming the cream. We guarantee all of our milk. If we your milk ever goes bad faster than expected, our filter misses something, we will replace it. Raw milk should be good for a minimum of 5-7 days after its milked. A lot depends on the handling of the milk. Transporting your milk home, you should be prepared with a cooler of ice. Keep the air out of the bag, and keep the bag I the back of the fridge where is can stay coldest. Leaving the milk on the counter for 20 minutes could decrease milk life by an entire day. Did you know raw milk never goes bad? It just sours. The probiotics in the milk start eating the lactose in the milk. This will not harm you to drink, it just wont taste as sweet. Make it into butter, add it to meals, make a cake, smoothies, the possibilities are endless!
